Starting in May and continuing through December 2025, we are excited to offer two enriching components:

  • Paving the Path to Wellness Course (live and virtual options)
Paving the Path to Wellness was developed by Dr. Beth Frates from Harvard University, this comprehensive program, typically valued at $400, is now available at a significantly reduced cost thanks to a generous grant from the Jewish Home of Cincinnati.

Flexible Participation: Participants meet during 6 weekly sessions, with both in-person and virtual cohorts available to fit your busy schedule.
