Rabbi's Fund
The Rabbi's Fund is utilized for a variety of social action purposes. Generally it provides for community members who are in need and often assists those who may be in a crisis situation. If one would like to donate for a particular cause or family one may advise the rabbi of that wish. At times, the fund may also be utilized to purchase items for the congregation, or sefarim (Torah books), which are needed or requested. |
Soup Kitchen Project
Golf Manor Synagogue is the only orthodox synagogue that participates in the Cinicinnati Community Soup Kitchen Project in Over the Rhine. To volunteer for either purchasing food, going to the soup kitchen to feed the poor, or to make a donation toward this important cause, please call Donna Taplits at 351-9294. |
